We deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria, as well as the Federal Capital Territory (Abuja). As for outside Nigeria, we are working towards it!

We generally aim to send out orders within 24 to 48 hours after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends, public holidays, festive seasons, sale periods, unfavourable weather periods, and temporary breaks). 

Lagos State

  • Delivery within Lagos takes an estimate 1 to 2 business days or 2 to 4 business days depending on the shipping option you choose.
  • Standard Shipping within Central Lagos generally takes 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays) and the cost typically ranges from N2800 to N8500+.
  • Shipping via Fez Delivery generally takes 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends) and the cost depends on the weight of your order.
  • Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may extend during Sales, Public Holidays, Festive Seasons, Rainy Season, and Temporary Breaks.

Other States in Nigeria

  • We deliver to all 36 states within Nigeria via Fez Delivery.
  • Doorstep delivery via Fez Delivery to other states takes an estimate of 2 to 8 business days from when your order is dispatched.
  • The cost of delivery will depend on the state selected for delivery and the weight of your order.
  • Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and may extend during Sales, Public Holidays, Festive Seasons, Rainy Season, and Temporary Breaks.

International Shipping

We are working towards integrating international shipping into our website. However, if you have an agent based in Nigeria, you can use their address and we can deliver your order to their location.

Exceptions

Delivery within Lagos and to other states within Nigeria may take longer than usual during discount sales, special offers, public holidays, temporary breaks, festive periods, bad weather days, civil unrest periods. The delivery timeframe will be communicated.

Free Delivery Promo

In the event where we offer a free delivery option, delivery may take longer than usual.

Please Note

The following may also cause delays in delivery:

  1. Recipient’s phone number incorrect, switched off or unreachable.
  2. Recipient’s shipping address incorrect or inaccessible. 
  3. Unavailability of recipient for collection of package.
  4. Civil unrest.
  5. State of emergency/movement restrictions.
  6. Adverse weather conditions.
  7. Extreme flooding.
  8. Any other reason which will be communicated.

Kindly endeavor to provide an accurate delivery details when placing your order to ensure that the dispatch service is able to access your location easily.

Please note that once your order has been sent out, changing the delivery address may attract extra shipping fee, even if the new proposed address is within the same axis.

More on Shipping Fees within Nigeria

  • Kindly endeavor to select the correct Local Government Area(LGA)/City for your shipping address, as well as the correct shipping rate category for your location (as some LGAs have different areas with different shipping fees)
  • Selecting the wrong LGA or wrong shipping rate category may attract an extra fee if delivery to your location costs higher than what you selected.
  • Example 1: Yaba falls under Lagos Mainland LGA. If your shipping address is within Yaba, but you select Shomolu, you will be required to pay the difference, if there is any.
  • Example 2: Under Alimosho LGA, we have different rates for different locations. If your shipping address is within Ipaja, but you select the option for Iyana-Ipaja, you will be required to pay the difference, if there is any.
  • A failed delivery attempt may attract an extra shipping fee, depending on the situation.
  • If you wish to change your delivery location after your order has been sent out, please note that you may be required to pay an extra shipping fee, depending on the situation.
  • The size and weight of an order will determine the delivery fee, especially to Lagos outskirts and other states (outside Lagos).
