Quick & Easy Shopping Guide for Roar Beauty Store

Step 1: Browse & Find Products

There are different ways to find products on our store:

  1. Looking for a specific product? Just use the Search Bar on top of this page.
  2. Do you have a specific brand in mind? Check out our Brands page.
  3. Is there a type of product you need? Browse through our Categories Menu or our Shop page categories. You could also directly visit Makeup, Skincare, or Contact Lenses pages.
  4. Just want to quickly skim through our store? Then visit our Homepage to see what's popping.
Step 2: Select Products for Purchase
  1. Once you find a product you want, you can click on the product image/name to view more details about the product.
  2. To purchase a product, specify the quantity you want. If need be, you may have to select a colour, shade, or size first.
  3. Click on Add to Cart if you want to continue shopping, or Buy Now if you're ready to complete your order.
  4. For quicker shopping, you can directly click on the Cart Icon located at the bottom of each product image on our Shop page.
  5. If you see a product you like, but aren't ready to purchase it, you can add it to your Wishlist. You can quickly do this by clicking on the Heart Icon found on the top-right corner of product image.
Step 3: Place Your Order & Make Payment
  1. After adding all the products you need to your cart and thoroughly cross-checking them, you can click on Proceed to Checkout. (Clicking on Buy Now also directs you to Checkout.)
  2. At Checkout, you will find a Billing Details form where you can provide your contact information which will be used in fulfilling your order.
  3. You can also choose to Ship to a different address if your delivery location differs from your billing address.
  4. For future purchases, you can Create an Account or sign in if you already have one.
  5. The available Shipping Method(s) for your region will be displayed to you. If there is more than one method, ensure you choose the one your delivery address falls under.
  6. Next, you will see the Payment Methods available. Currently, there are two methods: Direct Bank Transfer and Paystack (Debit/Credit Cards, Bank, Transfer, USSD and more). Here you can select your preferred payment method.
  7. Your order total will be displayed to you. Cross check that all the information entered is correct.
  8. Click Place Order.
  9. If you select Direct Bank Transfer, our bank account details will be displayed to you. (Kindly make payment within 30 minutes to avoid cancellation. Please use your Order ID as your payment reference.)
  10. If you select Paystack, you will be redirected to Paystack's payment gateway. Choose your preferred method and make payment. (Kindly aim to make payment immediately to avoid cancellation.)
  11. If you experience any issues with payment or have any concerns, please Contact Us.
  12. Once we receive your order, you will receive an email from us. Once we confirm payment, we will start processing your order immediately.
Step 4: Track Your Order

There are several ways to track your order:

  1. You can check the status of your order on our Track My Order page.
  2. You can check your mailbox for updates from us. 
  3. You can also visit your Orders page if you have an account with us.
