We deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria, as well as the Federal Capital Territory (Abuja). We currently do not ship outside Nigeria. However, we are working towards it!

We generally aim to send out orders within 24 to 48 hours after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends, public holidays, festive seasons, sale periods, and bad weather days). 

Lagos State

  • Delivery within Central Lagos takes 24 to 48 hours from when your order is sent out (excluding Sundays) or longer depending on the delivery method you choose.
  • Delivery to Lagos outskirts, such as Badagary/Epe axis, some parts of Ikorodu, and other extreme locations takes 2 to 5 business days from when your order is sent out.
  • The cost of delivery within Central Lagos ranges from 2500 to 5000 depending on your location and the size of your order.
  • The cost of delivery to Lagos outskirts/extreme locations will depend on the weight of your order.

Other States

  • We offer doorstep delivery Nationwide (Nigeria).
  • Doorstep delivery to other states takes 2 to 9 business days from when your order is dispatched.
  • The cost of delivery will depend on the state selected for delivery and the weight of your order.

Exceptions

Delivery within Lagos and to other states within Nigeria may take longer than usual during discount sales, special offers, public holidays, temporary breaks, festive periods, bad weather days, civil unrest periods. The delivery timeframe will be communicated.

In the event where we offer a free delivery option, delivery may take longer than usual.

Please Note

The following may also cause delays in delivery:

  1. Recipient’s phone number incorrect, switched off or unreachable.
  2. Recipient’s shipping address incorrect or inaccessible. 
  3. Unavailability of recipient for collection of package.
  4. Civil unrest.
  5. State of emergency/movement restrictions.
  6. Adverse weather conditions.
  7. Extreme flooding.
  8. Any other reason which will be communicated.

More on Shipping Fees

  • Kindly endeavor to select the correct Local Government Area(LGA)/City for your shipping address, as well as the correct shipping rate category for your location (as some LGAs have different areas with different shipping fees)
  • Selecting the wrong LGA or wrong shipping rate category may attract an extra fee if delivery to your location costs higher than what you selected.
  • Example 1: Yaba falls under Lagos Mainland LGA. If your shipping address is within Yaba, but you select Shomolu, you will be required to pay the difference, if there is any.
  • Example 2: Under Alimosho LGA, we have different rates for different locations. If your shipping address is within Ipaja, but you select the option for Iyana-Ipaja, you will be required to pay the difference, if there is any.
  • A failed delivery attempt may attract an extra shipping fee, depending on the situation.
  • The size and weight of an order will determine the delivery fee, especially to Lagos outskirts and other states (outside Lagos).
